doc: resolve run-together IPv6 address specification headers
This run-together header has been there since before the conversion to .txt. Also the comment starting "without []" wrapped around in an 80cc xterm, so split into 2 comment lines and fixed grammar (extrs "the"). Signed-off-by: Duncan Roe <> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <>
