From 510aef98a56cdbfdb147f78b05d7554bb91770a9 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Patrick McHardy Date: Mon, 2 Jun 2008 12:48:48 +0200 Subject: manpages: consistent syntax In the manpages, bold is used to denote characters the user has to enter verbatim, italic denotes placeholders and non-highlighted pieces are used as a structure: "[]" specifying an optional part, "{}" a mandatory part, with "|" used for alternations. The "!" for negation is better supported before the option than after it, too. The patch makes a few files consistent with this style already used in manpages. --- extensions/libxt_udp.man | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) (limited to 'extensions/libxt_udp.man') diff --git a/extensions/libxt_udp.man b/extensions/libxt_udp.man index 1d5e590c..af0682ce 100644 --- a/extensions/libxt_udp.man +++ b/extensions/libxt_udp.man @@ -1,13 +1,13 @@ These extensions can be used if `--protocol udp' is specified.
