* tests: change char * pointer to constant (const char *)Harsha Sharma2017-12-301-2/+2
| | | | | | | | As the parameter for function is pointer to constant, change it to constant. This fix gcc compilation warning in libnftnl with make check. Signed-off-by: Harsha Sharma <harshasharmaiitr@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* tests: Fix tests for immediate and lookup expressionsCarlos Falgueras García2016-08-101-23/+49
| | | | | | | | | | An error at Makefile.am has caused that the tests 'nft-expr_immediate-test.c' and 'nft-expr_lookup-tests.c' have not been compiled since they were created. This patch fix that error and some errors in both tests. Signed-off-by: Carlos Falgueras García <carlosfg@riseup.net> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* tests: shuffle values that are injectedPablo Neira Ayuso2016-06-151-5/+5
| | | | | | | Shuffle value that are used to set attributes, this variability should help us catch more problems in the future. Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* src: rename nftnl_rule_expr to nftnl_exprPablo Neira Ayuso2015-09-071-27/+27
| | | | | | | Use a shorter name for this, morever this can be used from sets so the _rule_ is misleading. Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* src: rename existing functions to use the nftnl_ prefixPablo Neira Ayuso2015-09-071-40/+40
| | | | | | | | | So we can use the nft_* prefix anytime soon for our upcoming higher level library. After this patch, the nft_* symbols become an alias of the nftnl_* symbols. Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* rename library to libnftnllibnftnl-1.0.0Pablo Neira Ayuso2014-01-201-2/+2
| | | | | | We plan to use this library name for the higher layer library. Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* tests: add unit tests for libnftablesAna Rey2013-11-201-0/+109
These tests create an initial object 'a' whose attributes are set to arbitrary values. Then, that object is converted to a Netlink message which is parsed to obtain the object 'b'. If things go well, the original object 'a' and the transformed object 'b' should be equivalent. Thus, we make sure that object transformations through the main library APIs are correct. These tests have helped to catch the following bugs in this library: (3cf788a72 expr: fix leak in target and match expressions) (4182e574f expr: match: fix wrong flag setting in nft_rule_expr_match_parse) (0bec6bc5e expr: log: release prefix) (2b690deea expr: log: fix missing \0 when sending log prefix to kernel) (e55c7afcf expr: target: fix wrong info length in nft_rule_expr_target_parse) (8fc4d4bd2 expr: log: fix wrong attribute type in nft_rule_expr_log_parse) Signed-off-by: Ana Rey <anarey@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
