GRE has a number of fields that are conditional based on flags,
which requires custom dependency code similar to icmp and icmpv6.
Matching on optional fields is not supported at this stage.
Since this is a layer 3 tunnel protocol, an implicit dependency on
NFT_META_L4PROTO for IPPROTO_GRE is generated. To achieve this, this
patch adds new infrastructure to remove an outer dependency based on
the inner protocol from delinearize path.

This patch adds the initial infrastructure to support for inner header
tunnel matching and its first user: vxlan.
A new struct proto_desc field for payload and meta expression to specify
that the expression refers to inner header matching is used.
The existing codebase to generate bytecode is fully reused, allowing for
reusing existing supported layer 2, 3 and 4 protocols.
Syntax requires to specify vxlan before the inner protocol field:
... vxlan ip protocol udp
... vxlan ip saddr 1.2.3.0/24
This also works with concatenations and anonymous sets, eg.
... vxlan ip saddr . vxlan ip daddr { 1.2.3.4 . 4.3.2.1 }
You have to restrict vxlan matching to udp traffic, otherwise it
complains on missing transport protocol dependency, e.g.
... udp dport 4789 vxlan ip daddr 1.2.3.4
The bytecode that is generated uses the new inner expression:

Currently, with only one base and dependency stored this is superfluous,
but it will become more useful when the next commit adds support for
storing a payload for every base.

The dependency added for id/sequence is still kept, its handled
by a anon set instead to cover both the echo 'request' and 'reply' cases.

The ICMP header has field values that are only exist
for certain types.
Mark the icmp proto 'type' field as a nextheader field
and add a new th description to store the icmp type
dependency. This can later be re-used for other protocol
dependend definitions such as mptcp options -- which are all share the
same tcp option number and have a special 4 bit marker inside the
mptcp option space that tells how the remaining option looks like.

This helper function tells us if there is already a protocol key payload
expression, ie. those with EXPR_F_PROTOCOL flag set on, that we might
want to remove since we can infer from another expression in the upper
protocol base, eg.
ip protocol tcp tcp dport 22
'ip protocol tcp' can be removed in the ip family since it is redundant,
but not in the netdev, bridge and inet families, where we cannot make
assumptions on the layer 3 protocol.

This context information is very relevant when deciding if a redundant
dependency needs to be removed or not, specifically for the inet, bridge
and netdev families. This new parameter is used by follow up patch
entitled ("payload: add payload_may_dependency_kill()").

nft currently translates
ip protocol tcp meta mark set 1 tcp dport 22
to
mark set 0x00000001 tcp dport 22
This is wrong, the latter form is same as
mark set 0x00000001 ip protocol tcp tcp dport 22
and thats not correct (original rule sets mark for tcp packets only).
We need to clear the dependency stack whenever we see a statement other
than stmt_expr, as these will have side effects (counter, payload
mangling, logging and the like).

currently exthdr always needs ipv6 dependency (i.e. link layer), but
with upcomming TCP option matching we also need to include TCP at the
network layer.
This patch prepares this change by adding two parameters to
exthdr_gen_dependency.

We currently print 'unknown' rather than the raw offset values
for unrecognized header values.
If its unknown, prefer to print
payload @nh,0,16 set payload @nh,0,16
rather than 'unknown'.
Also add a helper to check if payload expression has a description
assigned to it.

Update bitfield definitions to match according to the way they are
expressed in RFC and IEEE specifications.
This required a bit of update for c3f0501 ("src: netlink_linearize:
handle sub-byte lengths").
>From the linearize step, to calculate the shift based on the bitfield
offset, we need to obtain the length of the word in bytes:
len = round_up(expr->len, BITS_PER_BYTE);
Then, we substract the offset bits and the bitfield length.
shift = len - (offset + expr->len);
From the delinearize, payload_expr_trim() needs to obtain the real
offset through:
off = round_up(mask->len, BITS_PER_BYTE) - mask_len;
For vlan id (offset 12), this gets the position of the last bit set in
the mask (ie. 12), then we substract the length we fetch in bytes (16),
so we obtain the real bitfield offset (4).
Then, we add that to the original payload offset that was expressed in
bytes:
payload_offset += off;
Note that payload_expr_trim() now also adjusts the payload expression to
its real length and offset so we don't need to propagate the mask
expression.

Add a callback function to the expression ops to update the protocol
context for relational protocol expressions (EXPR_F_PROTOCOL).
Also set the EXPR_F_PROTOCOL flag for IIFTYPE meta expressions to make
sure the callback is invoked when necessary.

Currently the context of higher layer protocols is specific to payload
expressions with some special cases for meta IIFTYPE expressions. This
approach has a few shortcomings, concretely there are more expression
types which define upper layer protocols like the ct expression and two
upcoming new types for the meta expression.
Replace the payload context by a generic protocol context to deal with
this. This patch just splits off the requires parts from the payload
expression without any functional changes, the following patches will
add further functionality for other expressions.
