Parsing a range expression, the switch case fell through to prefix

This patch adds the following shortcut syntax:
expression flags / flags
instead of:
expression and flags == flags
For example:
tcp flags syn,ack / syn,ack,fin,rst
^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
value mask
instead of:
tcp flags and (syn|ack|fin|rst) == syn|ack
The second list of comma-separated flags represents the mask which are
examined and the first list of comma-separated flags must be set.
You can also use the != operator with this syntax:
tcp flags != fin,rst / syn,ack,fin,rst
This shortcut is based on the prefix notation, but it is also similar to
the iptables tcp matching syntax.
This patch introduces the flagcmp expression to print the tcp flags in
this new notation. The delinearize path transforms the binary expression
to this new flagcmp expression whenever possible.

This patch adds a hashtable for set lookups.
This patch also splits table->sets in two:
- Sets that reside in the cache are stored in the new
tables->cache_set and tables->cache_set_ht.
- Set that defined via command line / ruleset file reside in
tables->set.
Sets in the cache (already in the kernel) are not placed in the
table->sets list.
By keeping separated lists, sets defined via command line / ruleset file
can be added to cache.
Adding 10000 sets, before:
# time nft -f x
real 0m6,415s
user 0m3,126s
sys 0m3,284s
After:
# time nft -f x
real 0m3,949s
user 0m0,743s
sys 0m3,205s

This patch provides a shortcut for:
ct status and dnat == 0
which allows to check for the packet whose dnat bit is unset:

Postprocessing for inet family did not attempt to kill any existing
payload dependency, although it is perfectly fine to do so. The mere
culprit is to not abbreviate default code rejects as that would drop
needed protocol info as a side-effect. Since postprocessing is then
almost identical to that of bridge and netdev families, merge them.
While being at it, extend tests/py/netdev/reject.t by a few more tests
taken from inet/reject.t so this covers icmpx rejects as well.

Like with bridge family, rejecting with either icmp or icmpv6 must
create a dependency match on meta protocol. Upon delinearization, treat
netdev reject identical to bridge as well so no family info is lost.
This makes reject statement in netdev family fully symmetric so fix
the tests in tests/py/netdev/reject.t, adjust the related payload dumps
and add JSON equivalents which were missing altogether.

Currently we're limited to ten template fields in exthdr_desc struct.
Using a single enum for all tpc option fields thus won't work
indefinitely (TCPOPTHDR_FIELD_TSECR is 9) when new option templates get
added.
Fortunately we can just use one enum per tcp option to avoid this.
As a side effect this also allows to simplify the sack offset
calculations. Rather than computing that on-the-fly, just add extra
fields to the SACK template.
expr->exthdr.offset now holds the 'raw' value, filled in from the option
template. This would ease implementation of 'raw option matching'
using offset and length to load from the option.

If a prefix expression's length is on a byte-boundary, it is sufficient
to just reduce the length passed to "cmp" expression. No need for
explicit bitwise modification of data on LHS. The relevant code is
already there, used for string prefix matches. There is one exception
though, namely zero-length prefixes: Kernel doesn't accept zero-length
"cmp" expressions, so keep them in the old code-path for now.
This patch depends upon the previous one to correctly parse odd-sized
payload matches but has to extend support for non-payload LHS as well.
In practice, this is needed for "ct" expressions as they allow matching
against IP address prefixes, too.

When expanding a payload match, don't disregard oversized templates at
the right offset. A more flexible user may extract less bytes from the
packet if only parts of a field are interesting, e.g. only the prefix of
source/destination address. Support that by using the template, but fix
the length. Later when creating a relational expression for it, detect
the unusually small payload expression length and turn the RHS value
into a prefix expression.

netlink_parse_set_expr() creates a dummy rule object to reuse the
existing netlink parser. Release the rule object to fix a memleak.

Something like this won't work though:
meta l4proto tcp dnat ip6 to numgen inc mod 4 map { 0 : dead::f001 . 8080, ..
as we lack the type info to properly dissect "dead::f001" as an ipv6
address.
For the named map case, this info is available in the map
definition, but for the anon case we'd need to resort to guesswork.
Support is added by peeking into the map definition when evaluating
a nat statement with a map.
Right now, when a map is provided as address, we will only check that
the mapped-to data type matches the expected size (of an ipv4 or ipv6
address).
After this patch, if the mapped-to type is a concatenation, it will
take a peek at the individual concat expressions. If its a combination
of address and service, nft will translate this so that the kernel nat
expression looks at the returned register that would store the
inet_service part of the octet soup returned from the lookup expression.

The kernel supports bitwise shift operations, so add support to the
netlink linearization and delinearization code. The number of bits (the
righthand operand) is expected to be a 32-bit value in host endianness.

* Err path would leak expr 'right' in two places and 'left' in one.

We only prefer "list" representation in "ct event". For any other type of "ct"
use the "or" representation so nft prints "ct mark set ct mark | 0x00000001"
instead of "ct mark set ct mark,0x00000001".

These keys are available since kernel >= 4.17.
You can still use NFT_CT_{SRC,DST}, however, you need to specify 'meta
protocol' in first place to provide layer 3 context.
Note that NFT_CT_{SRC,DST} are broken with set, maps and concatenations.
This patch is implicitly fixing these cases.
If your kernel is < 4.17, you can still use address matching via
explicit meta nfproto:
meta nfproto ipv4 ct original saddr 1.2.3.4

... will be printed as 'reject', which is fine on ip family, but not on
bridge -- 'with icmp type' adds an ipv4 dependency, but simple reject
does not (it will use icmpx to also reject ipv6 packets with an icmpv6 error).
Add a toggle to supress short-hand versions in this case.

i.e., the dependency is not removed.
Allow dependency removal -- this adds a problem where some icmp types
will be shortened to 'reject', losing the icmp ipv4 dependency.
Next patch resolves this problem by disabling short-hand abbreviations
for bridge reject statements.

There are two datatypes are using runtime datatype allocation:
* Concatenations.
* Integer, that require byteorder adjustment.
From the evaluation / postprocess step, transformations are common,
hence expressions may end up fetching (infering) datatypes from an
existing one.
This patch adds a reference counter to release the dynamic datatype
object when it is shared.
The API includes the following helper functions:
* datatype_set(expr, datatype), to assign a datatype to an expression.
This helper already deals with reference counting for dynamic
datatypes. This also drops the reference counter of any previous
datatype (to deal with the datatype replacement case).
* datatype_get(datatype) bumps the reference counter. This function also
deals with nul-pointers, that occurs when the datatype is unset.
* datatype_free() drops the reference counter, and it also releases the
datatype if there are not more clients of it.
Rule of thumb is: The reference counter of any newly allocated datatype
is set to zero.
This patch also updates every spot to use datatype_set() for non-dynamic

simple assignment.
Note that expr_alloc() has been updated to call datatype_get() on the
datatype that is assigned to this new expression. Moreover, expr_free()
calls datatype_free().

netlink_parse_concat_expr()
netlink_get_register() clones the expression in the register. Release
this expression before calling netlink_parse_concat_expr() to

netlink_release_registers() needs to go a bit further to release the
expressions in the register array. This should be safe since
netlink_get_register() clones expressions in the context registers.

When delinearizing, an all-zero mask didn't qualify as prefix. Therefore
a statement:
| ip daddr 0.0.0.0/0
would be printed as:
| ip daddr & 0.0.0.0 == 0.0.0.0
To fix this, expr_mask_is_prefix() must return true if the initial 1-bit
search fails (the given value must be zero in this case). Additionally,
a shortcut is needed in conversion algorithm of expr_mask_to_prefix()
to not turn the zero prefix into a 1 by accident.

Userdata attribute names have been added to libnftnl, use them instead
of the local copy.
While being at it, rename udata_get_comment() in netlink_delinearize.c
and the callback it uses since the function is specific to rules. Also
integrate the existence check for NFTNL_RULE_USERDATA into it along with
the call to nftnl_rule_get_data().
