Add support for ttl option in "osf" expression. Example:
table ip foo {
chain bar {
type filter hook input priority filter; policy accept;
osf ttl skip name "Linux"
}
}

So the following rule to set the conntrack mark based on the OS passive
recognition works:
# nft add rule x y ct mark set osf name map { "Windows" : 1, "MacOs" : 2 }
