* tests/py: Add a test sanitizer and fix its findingsPhil Sutter2021-02-041-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | This is just basic housekeeping: - Remove duplicate tests in any of the *.t files - Remove explicit output if equal to command itself in *.t files - Remove duplicate payload records in any of the *.t.payload* files - Remove stale payload records (for which no commands exist in the respective *.t file - Remove duplicate/stale entries in any of the *.t.json files In some cases, tests were added instead of removing a stale payload record if it fit nicely into the sequence of tests. * nat: transform range to prefix expression when possiblePablo Neira Ayuso2020-04-301-2/+2
| | | | | | | This patch transform a range of IP addresses to prefix when listing the ruleset. Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* src: evaluate: support prefix expression in statementsFlorian Westphal2019-07-221-0/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Currently nft dumps core when it encounters a prefix expression as part of a statement, e.g. iifname ens3 snat to 10.0.0.0/28 yields: BUG: unknown expression type prefix nft: netlink_linearize.c:688: netlink_gen_expr: Assertion `0' failed. This assertion is correct -- we can't linearize a prefix because kernel doesn't know what that is. For LHS prefixes, they get converted to a binary 'and' such as '10.0.0.0 & 255.255.255.240'. For RHS, we can do something similar and convert them into a range. snat to 10.0.0.0/28 will be converted into: iifname "ens3" snat to 10.0.0.0-10.0.0.15 Closes: https://bugzilla.netfilter.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1187 Signed-off-by: Florian Westphal <fw@strlen.de> Acked-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* src: support for RFC2732 IPv6 address format with bracketsPablo Neira Ayuso2016-08-181-2/+3
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | The statement: dnat to 2001:838:35f:1:::80 is very confusing as it is not so easy to identify where address ends and the port starts. This even harder to read with ranges. So this patch adds squared brackets as RFC2732 to enclose the IPv6 address. Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* src: add 'to' for snat and dnatPablo Neira Ayuso2016-08-181-2/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | This is extra syntaxtic sugar to get this consistent with other statements such as redirect, masquerade, dup and fwd that indicates where to go. Existing syntax is still preserved, but the listing shows the one including 'to'. Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* tests/py: update test files syntaxPablo M. Bermudo Garay2016-01-121-1/+2
| | | | | | | | The test files have been adapted to the syntax defined in the previous commit "tests/py: modify supported test file syntax" Signed-off-by: Pablo M. Bermudo Garay <pablombg@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Pablo Neira Ayuso <pablo@netfilter.org>
* tests/: rearrange tests directoryArturo Borrero2015-12-151-0/+5
Rearrange the directory to obtain a better organization of files and tests-suites. We end with a tree like this: tests | .--- py .--- shell .--- files This was suggested by Pablo.
