ulogd:
- commandline option for "to fork or not to fork"
- configfile
- add output target for sql server
- add interpreter plugin for ftp/pop3/etc passwords
- add a compatibility output target for syslog (really?)
- prefix ulogd.log with timestamp
- add support for capabilities to run as non-root
