Adds unique prefixes to all functions (most of them - especially the hook functions) so that debugging programs can unambiguously map a symbol to an address. | | | | | | | | | | | warning: format '%ld' expects type 'long int', but argument 3 has type 'int'. With %u alone, you would get "but arg-start is long" warnings on x64.
