doc: nft: Fixed a typo and added/changed punctuation
In nft's man page , instead of using '/' between shortopt and longopt in the
"SYNOPSIS" and "OPTIONS" section , use '|' and ',' respectively.
(just like the man pages of iptables, etc.)
Fixed a typo and added missing ',' .
