Add support for new nft object secmark holding security context strings.
The following should demonstrate its usage (based on SELinux context):
# define a tag containing a context string
nft add secmark inet filter sshtag \"system_u:object_r:ssh_server_packet_t:s0\"
nft list secmarks
# set the secmark
nft add rule inet filter input tcp dport 22 meta secmark set sshtag
# map usage
nft add map inet filter secmapping { type inet_service : secmark \; }
nft add element inet filter secmapping { 22 : sshtag }
nft list maps
nft list map inet filter secmapping
nft add rule inet filter input meta secmark set tcp dport map @secmapping

This allows matching on ipsec tunnel/beet addresses in xfrm state
associated with a packet, ipsec request id and the SPI.
Examples:
ipsec in ip saddr 192.168.1.0/24
ipsec out ip6 daddr @endpoints
ipsec in spi 1-65536

This patch adds support for adding, listing and deleting ct timeout
objects which can be assigned via rule to assign connection tracking
timeout policies via objref infrastructure.
% nft add table filter
% nft add chain filter output
% nft add ct timeout filter test-tcp { protocol tcp \; policy = { established: 132, close: 13, close_wait: 17 } \; }
% nft add rule filter output ct timeout set test-tcp
% nft list ruleset
table ip filter {
ct timeout test-tcp {
protocol tcp;
l3proto ip
policy = {established: 132, close_wait: 17, close: 13}
}
chain output {
ct timeout set "test-tcp"
}
}
% nft delete rule filter output handle <handle>
% nft delete ct timeout filter test-tcp
Note: Original patch has been rework to use fixed size array for
timeouts and to validate timeout policy from the evaluation phase, once
we have access to the layer 4 protocol number. --pablo

This patch adds the possibility to use textual names to set the chain priority
to standard values so that numeric values do not need to be learnt any more for
basic usage.
Basic arithmetic can also be done with them to ease the addition of
relatively higher/lower priority chains.
Addition and substraction is possible.
Values are also printed with their friendly name within the range of
<basicprio> +- 10.
Also numeric printing is supported in case of -nnn option
(numeric == NFT_NUMERIC_ALL)
The supported name-value pairs and where they are valid is based on how
x_tables use these values when registering their base chains. (See
iptables/nft.c in the iptables repository).
Also see the compatibility matrices extracted from the man page:

This patch adds support for transparent proxy functionality which is
supported in ip, ip6 and inet tables.
The syntax is the following:
tproxy [{|ip|ip6}] to {<ip address>|:<port>|<ip address>:<port>}
It looks for a socket listening on the specified address or port and
assigns it to the matching packet.
In an inet table, a packet matches for both families until address is
specified.
Network protocol family has to be specified **only** in inet tables if
address is specified.
As transparent proxy support is implemented for sockets with layer 4
information, a transport protocol header criterion has to be set in the
same rule. eg. 'meta l4proto tcp' or 'udp dport 4444'
Example ruleset:
table ip x {
chain y {
type filter hook prerouting priority -150; policy accept;
tcp dport ntp tproxy to 1.1.1.1
udp dport ssh tproxy to :2222
}
}
table ip6 x {
chain y {
type filter hook prerouting priority -150; policy accept;
tcp dport ntp tproxy to [dead::beef]
udp dport ssh tproxy to :2222
}
}
table inet x {
chain y {
type filter hook prerouting priority -150; policy accept;
tcp dport 321 tproxy to :ssh
tcp dport 99 tproxy ip to 1.1.1.1:999
udp dport 155 tproxy ip6 to [dead::beef]:smux
}
}

This patch adds support for the new connlimit stateful expression, that
provides a mapping with the connlimit iptables extension through meters.
eg.
nft add rule filter input tcp dport 22 \
meter test { ip saddr ct count over 2 } counter reject
This limits the maximum amount incoming of SSH connections per source
address up to 2 simultaneous connections.

We can't use nft_exthdr_op to encode routing header, it breaks
ipv6 extension header support.
When encountering RT header, userspace did now set a new ipv6 exthdr mode,
but old kernel doesn't know about this, so this failed with -EOPNOTSUPP.
Revert that part and use NFT_EXTHDR_OP_IPV6.
When decoding a routing extension header, try the various route
types until we find a match.
Note this patch isn't complete:
'srh tag 127' creates following expressions:
[ exthdr load 2b @ 43 + 6 => reg 1 ]
[ cmp eq reg 1 0x00007f00 ]
It should instead insert a dependency test ("rt type 4"):
[ exthdr load 1b @ 43 + 2 => reg 1 ]
[ cmp eq reg 1 0x00000004 ]
[ exthdr load 2b @ 43 + 6 => reg 1 ]
[ cmp eq reg 1 0x00007e00 ]
nft should then use this to infer the routing header type.
While add it, document the srh option.

Type 0 and 2 of the IPv6 Routing extension header are not handled
properly by exthdr_init_raw() in src/exthdr.c
In order to fix the bug, we extended the "enum nft_exthdr_op" to
differentiate between rt, rt0, and rt2.
This patch should fix the bug. We tested the patch against the
same configuration reported in the bug and the output is as
shown below.

This allows to check whether a FIB entry exists for a given packet by
comparing the expression with a boolean keyword like so:
| fib daddr oif exists
The implementation requires introduction of a generic expression flag
EXPR_F_BOOLEAN which allows relational expression to signal it's LHS
that a boolean comparison is being done (indicated by boolean type on
RHS). In contrast to exthdr existence checks, fib expression can't know
this in beforehand because the LHS syntax is absolutely identical to a
non-boolean comparison.

This patch provides symmetric hash support according to source
ip address and port, and destination ip address and port.
The new attribute NFTA_HASH_TYPE has been included to support
different types of hashing functions. Currently supported
NFT_HASH_JENKINS through jhash and NFT_HASH_SYM through symhash.
The main difference between both types are:
- jhash requires an expression with sreg, symhash doesn't.
- symhash supports modulus and offset, but not seed.
Examples:
nft add rule ip nat prerouting ct mark set jhash ip saddr mod 2
nft add rule ip nat prerouting ct mark set symhash mod 2

Similar to connbytes extension in iptables, now you can use it to match
average bytes per packet a connection has transferred so far.
For example, match avgpkt in "BOTH" diretion:
# nft add rule x y ct avgpkt \> 100
Match avgpkt in reply direction:
# nft add rule x y ct reply avgpkt \< 900
Or match avgpkt in original direction:
# nft add rule x y ct original avgpkt \> 200

This patch sets the NFT_PAYLOAD_L4CSUM_PSEUDOHDR when any of the
pseudoheader fields are modified. This implicitly enables stateless NAT,
that can be useful under some circuntances.

Now NF_LOG_XXX is exposed to the userspace, we can set it explicitly.
Like iptables LOG target, we can log TCP sequence numbers, TCP options,
IP options, UID owning local socket and decode MAC header. Note the
log flags are mutually exclusive with group.
Some examples are listed below:
# nft add rule t c log flags tcp sequence,options
# nft add rule t c log flags ip options
# nft add rule t c log flags skuid
# nft add rule t c log flags ether
# nft add rule t c log flags all
# nft add rule t c log flags all group 1
<cmdline>:1:14-16: Error: flags and group are mutually exclusive
add rule t c log flags all group 1

Add support to add an offset to the hash generator, eg.
ct mark set hash ip saddr mod 10 offset 100
This will generate marks with series between 100-109.

This adds the 'fib' expression which can be used to
obtain the output interface from the route table based on either
source or destination address of a packet.
This can be used to e.g. add reverse path filtering:
# drop if not coming from the same interface packet
# arrived on
# nft add rule x prerouting fib saddr . iif oif eq 0 drop
# accept only if from eth0
# nft add rule x prerouting fib saddr . iif oif eq "eth0" accept
# accept if from any valid interface
# nft add rule x prerouting fib saddr oif accept
Querying of address type is also supported. This can be used
to e.g. only accept packets to addresses configured in the same
interface:
# fib daddr . iif type local
Its also possible to use mark and verdict map, e.g.:
# nft add rule x prerouting meta mark set 0xdead fib daddr . mark type vmap {
blackhole : drop,
prohibit : drop,
unicast : accept
}

Introduce rt expression for routing related data with support for nexthop
(i.e. the directly connected IP address that an outgoing packet is sent
to), which can be used either for matching or accounting, eg.
# nft add rule filter postrouting \
ip daddr 192.168.1.0/24 rt nexthop != 192.168.0.1 drop
This will drop any traffic to 192.168.1.0/24 that is not routed via
192.168.0.1.
# nft add rule filter postrouting \
flow table acct { rt nexthop timeout 600s counter }
# nft add rule ip6 filter postrouting \
flow table acct { rt nexthop timeout 600s counter }
These rules count outgoing traffic per nexthop. Note that the timeout
releases an entry if no traffic is seen for this nexthop within 10 minutes.
# nft add rule inet filter postrouting \
ether type ip \
flow table acct { rt nexthop timeout 600s counter }
# nft add rule inet filter postrouting \
ether type ip6 \
flow table acct { rt nexthop timeout 600s counter }
Same as above, but via the inet family, where the ether type must be
specified explicitly.
"rt classid" is also implemented identical to "meta rtclassid", since it
is more logical to have this match in the routing expression going forward.

In the latest libnftnl, NFTNL_EXPR_NG_UNTIL was renamed to
NFTNL_EXPR_NG_MODULUS, so compile error happened:
netlink_linearize.c: In function ‘netlink_gen_numgen’:
netlink_linearize.c:184:26: error: ‘NFTNL_EXPR_NG_UNTIL’ undeclared
(first use in this function)
Also update NFTA_NG_UNTIL to NFTA_NG_MODULUS.
