meta nfproto returns the hook family that the current packet
is being evaluted in, e.g.
NFPROTO_NETDEV in case we're called from the netdev context.
This makes no sense, if we add a rule to netdev, bridge, ip, ...
table then thats where it will be evaluated, no runtime test needed.
Only exception: inet family, in this case, nfproto will be either
ipv4 or ipv6.

test-ip6 output meta nfproto ipv4 ct original saddr 1.2.3.4: This rule should not have failed.
Actually, this failure is "ok; we can't find upper layer protocol
in this case, but even if we'd "fix" this it is still non-sensical,
meta nfproto ipv4, but family is ipv6 --> rule would never match.
First move this to an inet-specific test.
A followup patch will reject meta nfproto for all families except inet.

This test checks bug identified and fixed in the commit mentioned below
In a statement if there are multiple src data then it would be
totally ambiguous to decide which value to set.
Before the commit was made it returned 134(BUG), but now it returns 1
i.e, an error message.
Following rules tests ambiguity while setting the value:
$ sudo nft add rule ip test-ip4 output ct mark set {0x11333, 0x11}
<cmdline>:1:41-55: Error: you cannot use a set here, unknown value to use
add rule ip test-ip4 output ct mark set {0x11333, 0x11}

After previous commit nft generates meta l4proto for ipv6 dependencies
instead of checking the (first) nexthdr value.
This fixes up all tests cases accordingly except one which fails with
ip6/reject.t: ... 12: 'ip6 nexthdr 6 reject with tcp reset' mismatches 'meta l4proto 6 reject with tcp reset'
This will be fixed by removing the implicit dependency in a followup patch.

This allows to check whether a FIB entry exists for a given packet by
comparing the expression with a boolean keyword like so:
| fib daddr oif exists
The implementation requires introduction of a generic expression flag
EXPR_F_BOOLEAN which allows relational expression to signal it's LHS
that a boolean comparison is being done (indicated by boolean type on
RHS). In contrast to exthdr existence checks, fib expression can't know
this in beforehand because the LHS syntax is absolutely identical to a
non-boolean comparison.

Rework syntax, add tokens so we can extend the grammar more easily.
This has triggered several syntax changes with regards to the original
patch, specifically:
tcp option sack0 left 1
There is no space between sack and the block number anymore, no more
offset field, now they are a single field. Just like we do with rt, rt0
and rt2. This simplifies our grammar and that is good since it makes our
life easier when extending it later on to accomodate new features.
I have also renamed sack_permitted to sack-permitted. I couldn't find
any option using underscore so far, so let's keep it consistent with
what we have.

In the inet, bridge and netdev families, we can add rules like these:

However, when we print the ruleset:
% nft list ruleset

These rules we obtain can't be added again:
% nft add rule inet t c icmp type echo-request

Since I wouldn't expect an IP packet carrying ICMPv6, or IPv6 packet
carrying ICMP, if the link layer is inet, the network layer protocol context
can be safely update to 'ip' or 'ip6'.
Moreover, nft currently generates a 'meta nfproto ipvX' depedency when
using icmp or icmp6 in the inet family, and similar in netdev and bridge
families.
While at it, a bit of code factorization is introduced.

This adds the 'fib' expression which can be used to
obtain the output interface from the route table based on either
source or destination address of a packet.
This can be used to e.g. add reverse path filtering:
# drop if not coming from the same interface packet
# arrived on
# nft add rule x prerouting fib saddr . iif oif eq 0 drop
# accept only if from eth0
# nft add rule x prerouting fib saddr . iif oif eq "eth0" accept
# accept if from any valid interface
# nft add rule x prerouting fib saddr oif accept
Querying of address type is also supported. This can be used
to e.g. only accept packets to addresses configured in the same
interface:
# fib daddr . iif type local
Its also possible to use mark and verdict map, e.g.:
# nft add rule x prerouting meta mark set 0xdead fib daddr . mark type vmap {
blackhole : drop,
prohibit : drop,
unicast : accept
}

The following selectors display strings using quotes:
* meta iifname
* meta oifname
* meta ibriport
* meta obriport
However, the following do not:
* meta oif
* meta iif
* meta skuid
* meta skgid
* meta iifgroup
* meta oifgroup
* meta rtclassid
* ct label
Given they refer to user-defined values, neither keywords nor internal
built-in known values, let's quote the output of this.
This patch modifies symbolic_constant_print() so we can signal this to
indicate if the string needs to be quoted.

payload set operations should work at least for byte-sized
quantities >= 2 byte.
Before adding support for odd-sized writes (ecn, dscp, ip6 flowlabel
...) add a bunch of tests to cover current state.

Don't delete the part after the set, i.e. given
chain input {

}
don't remove the vlan pcp 1-3 part.
This exposes following bug:
bridge/vlan.t: WARNING: line: 32:
'nft add rule --debug=netlink bridge test-bridge input vlan id { 1, 2, 4, 100, 4095 } vlan pcp 1-3': 'vlan id { 1, 2, 4, 100, 4095 } vlan pcp 1-3' mismatches 'vlan id { 4, 1, 2, 4095, 100} vlan pcp 0-0'
We do not shift the range, so on reverse translation we get a 0-0 output.
The bug will be fixes in a followup commit.

I think this unit tests should be self-contained at some level. The
shell/ directory should be used to catch regressions at ruleset level,
ie. these kind of combinations.
Another motivation is that I want that netdev/ingress gets tested
(coming in a follow up patch), and we don't support log there yet, so I
would need to skip this test for that case.
