ulogd2: cleanup downstream files
These files are outdated and they belong to downstream users (distributions). Providing outdated and unmaintained files here serves no purpose other than confusing users and annoy packagers. If an user is using ulogd2 directly from the source tarball, I would expect it to be proficient enough to generate these files by itself.
